AFAIK it was just a random model made by a Chinese company related to stealthy surface/materials to demonstrate that their material could also find an application in such a missile.

the technology for a Chinese JASSM exist.
it also try to advertize that certain chinese company capable of design and build a Chinese JASSM.

the FC-31 model is not random model.it is likely the missile is a real thing.
But i am wondering .did the chinese engineer base there design on a JASSM currently display in serbia?
