Can KJ-600 flew off the deck without catapult?

E-2D achieve it without the catapult,while russia Yak-44 failed.
according to NanHua newspaper. PLAN is planning similiar feat for KJ-600,able to flew off the deck without the assisstant of catapult.
this may require massive use of composite material light weight electronic.

while China already purchased KA-31 helo base AEW for the carrier,but to date the AEW were absent.this lead to speculation PLAN may intend to field KJ-600 for both carriers.but his may carry some risk.if it failed,then may have to carry KA-31.
