What do you think happened to the jh7B? Is it possible that the J-21 is a joint XAC/SAC effort that replaced the JH-7B?

no new information on JH-7B. XAC currently is busying working on Y-20 which pushes other projects behind.
J-21 has nothing to do with XAC.
