Question regarding Y-8GX-3 & GX-4

Hi Huitong, I noted that the CDF's order to designate these two special mission Y-8 vesions differs to Your designation:

Could You please help to "solve" that mystery, what designation is correct ?

Y-8T or GX-3 (High New 3) = C3I airborne command
Y-8G or GX-4 (High New 4) = ECM/ELINT (the one with the “hamster” cheeks)

or vice versa !??

GX-3 is Y-8G, GX-4 is Y-8T
according to the author of this chart, he got the order reversed

What is the version of this Y-8 ?

I'm not sure exactly what it is. Looks likes a testbed for radar and other electronics.
