Yes I saw some discussions on the web. Converted Russian Tu-204 cargo airplane is a possible stop-gap solution for future tanks carrying the new flying-boom system, until the indigenous Y20 or C919 enters the service. This type of tank is needed for the 4th/5th generation of stealth fighters like J20.
