last november 2018 kish air show,iran display new airborne radar to upgrade there fleet of F-4E.but then I recall back in 2013 report that iran appoach China to up upgrade there phantom jet.it is strong possibility that new radar based on JL-10A may have been part of tecnological transfer from china.
